I’m Stefan Creadore, a multi-disciplinary Senior Applied AI Engineer and agentic systems builder based in Tampa, Florida. I build agentic workflows, MCP tool orchestration systems, RAG workflows, full-stack user-facing AI products, and work extremely hard.

I approach problems from first principles: break them down, identify the real constraints, and build from what is true rather than what is assumed. That mindset helps me move quickly without skipping the details that matter.

I do my best work in fast-paced startup environments where ownership, speed, and execution matter. I like being hands-on across architecture, code, debugging, product decisions, and iteration. I care about shipping, but I care just as much about shipping the right thing with quality, clarity, and discipline.
